Orders

* We aim to dispatch orders same or next working day after receiving clear payment.

* Any order placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next following working day.

* All taxes such as import tax, duty charges are responsibility of a buyer. We strongly recommend to contact your country custom office to find out what these additional costs will be prior to your order.

* Delivery normally take 1-2 working days for the UK Mainland address and 2-5 working days for Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man & Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland.

"Please note "Guaranteed Delivery" mentioned in the shipping services section does not mean delivery is 100% guaranteed. Sometimes due to the weather, postal strikes, postman/woman negligence etc... you may get it late. What we Guarantee from our side, we will try our utmost best to dispatch it on time and to use express delivery."

* Deliveries to Western Europe Countries will take 3-6 working days and rest of Europe will take 4-8 working days.

* If you do not live in Europe, please contact us first before ordering to find out whether we post to your country or not. You will also need to find out postage costs for delivery to your country.

* Please note, prices you see on our listings are include VAT and delivery charges. 

Cancellations

* You can cancel your order and get full refund but we can only do this if your order has not been dispatched.

* We aim to have all products in stock but in case if we are out of stock, we will email/phone you to inform you about the situation and let you know when it will be back in stock. If you agree to wait, we will dispatch your product as soon as it is back in stock OR we will issue full refund as soon as you confirm you can't wait or no longer want it.
